The biggest round-up in Iceland!
This round-up, which is in the vicinity of Hólar University College, always takes place the last weekend of September. For many the fun starts on the Friday evening at a show in the
Svaðastaðir Riding Hall in Sauðárkrókur city. On the Saturday morning an army of riders will fetch the horses from the Kolbeinsdalur valley and then spend the afternoon
sorting the horses, singing and having fun. In the evening there will be parties and at least one crowded ball. Up to three thousand people and seven hundred horses form an unique athmosphere at this
