Landsmót - the biannual National Horse Show of Iceland. Horse lovers from around the globe gather at the Landsmót, where they have the opportunity to meet some of Iceland’s best-known riders, breeders and horse enthusiasts from other countries. All of Iceland’s best horses and riders compete in various disciplines and breeding classes. With guests from all over the world sharing their common interest for the Icelandic horse the atmosphere is unique. With the exciting competition, beautiful horses, great riders, tingling atmosphere, modern showgrounds, fun people and awesome nature, it is an event like no other.
